Black Rain Ordnance Inc. customers need to check their own State, County, and City laws to determine the legality of rifles with these features.
Rifles with features including flash suppressors, bayonet lugs, collapsible stocks and “high-capacity” magazines are subject to regulation in certain States, Counties, and Cities.
How does Black Rain Ordnance Inc. configure rifles for state compliance?
Black Rain Ordnance rifles will ship with low-capacity (10-Round) magazines as appropriate.
Black Rain Ordnance will pin and weld a compliant muzzle device or thread protector of any type we sell in accordance with local law.
Black Rain Ordnance will ship with a fixed or compliant stock as appropriate.
Black Rain Ordnance rifles have no bayonet lug.

COLORADO:

CONNECTICUT:
– Due to state law Black Rain Ordnance cannot ship rifles to Connecticut.
HAWAII:
– Black Rain Ordnance rifles ship with 10-Round Magazines.
ILLINOIS:
– Black Rain Ordnance rifles ship with magazines specific to city laws.
MARYLAND:
– Black Rain Ordnance rifles ship with 10 round magazine and marked heavy barrel per state law.
MASSACHUSETTS:
– Black Rain Ordnance rifles ship with pinned and welded muzzle compensator, fixed stock, 10 round magazine.
NEW JERSEY:
– Black Rain Ordnance rifles ship with pinned and welded muzzle device, pinned or fixed stock, 10-Round Magazine.
NEW YORK:
